Enternships reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your membership effective immediately for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your membership at any time for any reason by contacting Enternships.
All Enternships members and other visitors to Enternships.com (“the Site”) must abide by the following rules in relation to their access to and use of the Site:
(a) You must only make lawful use of Enternships.com
(b) You must not use or access the Site in a way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Site to be damaged, its performance to be impaired or access to the Site to be interrupted or hindered.
(c) You may not use or access Enternships.com, or any materials displayed on the Site, for any commercial purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, posting or sending to other members’ advertisements, commercial messages or solicitations for products or services.
(d) You are responsible for any photographs, text or other materials that you may upload to the Site for sharing with other members. You must not upload to Enternships.com any materials, or make statements through the Site, or post links to other websites which contain materials, which are inaccurate or misleading, defamatory, disrespectful, insulting, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit or vulgar or which tend to incite racial or other hatred or infringe the proprietary, data protection, privacy or other rights of any person or are otherwise illegal.
Enternships reserves the right without notice to remove from the Site any photographs, text or other materials which violate these rules or which Enternships otherwise considers to be inappropriate. You must indemnify Enternships against any loss, liability or cost we may incur as a result of a breach of these rules or, generally, because we make available to other members photographs, text or other materials that you upload to the Site.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Enternships disclaims any responsibility for the content of materials uploaded to Enternships.com by members or users. Enternships does not routinely review such materials and does not accept any obligation to do so or to modify or remove inappropriate, infringing or other unlawful content (although it reserves the right to do so) except where it is required to do so by law. Please promptly inform Enternships if you become aware that any materials have been posted to the Site in breach of these terms of use.
This Site carries links to other websites which are not operated by Enternships. You should be aware, before clicking on those links, that Enternships is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or any other aspect of those other websites.
All work placements, apprenticeships, internships, and full-time jobs postings on the Site must adhere to the local National Minimum Wage (NMW) of the country in which the employment is being carried out. Enternships reserve the right to remove from the Site any listing that violates the relevant local NMW regulations without notice and without refund.

You may view and print materials on the Site and make reasonable personal use of those materials, including reasonable copying. You may not use framing techniques to display this Site, any part of it or any other proprietary materials of Enternships. You may create hyperlinks to the Enternships.com home page as long as the link does not use our logos or graphics and does not refer to Enternships or any person or website associated with Enternships in a manner which is false, misleading or derogatory.

Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that Enternships may have as a result of fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We do not warrant that this Site will be available at any particular time, that its functions will work in a timely fashion or any other particular way or at all or that it will be free of errors, viruses or similar items. We make no warranty at all regarding Member-contributed content. We may withdraw this Site, or any part of it, at any time, temporarily or permanently. We are not responsible for any failure arising because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we seek to ensure that the information that we display on the Site is accurate we do not make any warranty that it is accurate. We also disclaim any other implied warranties or conditions regarding this Site and any services provided through it, including conditions of fitness for a particular purpose or satisfactory quality, to the extent that these warranties and conditions can be disclaimed by law.
Enternships will not be liable, in contract, tort or on any other basis, for any:
1. matters relating to job, internships or other opportunities or services from third parties posted on Enternships.com (including their unavailability, issues with the application or selection process and/or pursuance or receipt of the opportunity or service; as well as compliance with employment law of its respective jurisdiction and the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 (NMWA), if applicable.)
2. loss or damage incurred as a result of third party claims;
3. loss of profit, goodwill, business opportunity or anticipated saving; or
4. indirect or consequential loss or damage, under or in connection with this Site or any services provided through it.
We may make changes to these Terms of Use and/or the Site's Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason. You will be bound by the versions of these terms of use and the Site's Privacy Statement displayed on the site when you use the site.
All fees and charges are final and non refundable. However we may issue refunds due to loss of service, at our discretion.
ANNEX – PRIVACY STATEMENT
2. Enternships.com is owned and operated by Enternships Limited. Enternships Limited is established in England and its processing of personal information in relation to Enternships.com is regulated by English data protection law (principally, the Data Protection Act 1998).
3. What information does Enternships collect?
(a) User profile and other personal information: Enternships members provide Enternships with information about themselves (name, email address, age, etc.) through the member registration process. From time to time we also invite members to provide information through other parts of the Site - for example, where Enternships or a partner sponsors a promotion, sweepstake or competition through the Site.
(b) Member-provided content: Enternships also allows members to apply for job/internship roles and upload profile information (regarding personal interests, gender, age, education, occupation, etc.), and other materials which may include personal information about themselves or others, to the Site so that they are available to employers, in the case of friends' email addresses, can be used to invite them to join Enternships. We host these materials and make them available on behalf of our members. We do not make any use or disclosure of this information in our own right unless we are required by law to do so, however, and we are not responsible for the content of or access to this information. Each member must, however, abide by Enternships' Terms of Use and all applicable data protection and other laws in relation to personal information that he or she uploads to the site, and we reserve the right to remove personal information from the site in our discretion and, in particular, will remove friends' email addresses if they so request.
(c) Non-personal information: Enternships also collects the individual identification numbers, known as an "IP addresses", of the computers used by visitors to the Site. IP addresses are automatically logged by Enternships' web servers. They are used, together with further information about visits to the site, to note a visitor's interest in the Site and for statistical purposes. They do not allow us to identify the visitor unless he or she chooses to submit personal information to the Site.
The remainder of this privacy statement deals with personal information that we collect through the Site and holds in our own right. It does not deal with Member-provided content, for which the contributing users are responsible; nor with Non-personal information, except where it relates to registered users who are therefore identifiable by Enternships. Members should be aware, however, that when they contribute Member-provided content to Enternships they are making it available to, potentially, a wide audience, who may use it for any purpose.
4. What uses does Enternships make of personal information?
(a) Enternships uses personal information collected through the Site to authenticate users, to provide services through the site, to tailor and improve those services and to administer our member relationships.
(b) Enternships may also use contact details collected through the Site to send members updates, newsletters or other communications regarding Enternships.com and the services available through the Site. A member can choose not to receive these communications at any time by contacting us
From time to time, Enternships or a partner may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or competition through the Site. Where Enternships or a partner collects personal information from members for the purposes of a promotion, job match, sweepstake or competition we will explain the purposes for which the information will be used, whether it may be disclosed to third parties, etc., at the point of collection.
5. In what circumstances does Enternships share personal information?
Enternships treats personal information collected through Enternships.com as confidential. We may, however, share this personal information:
(a) with service providers assisting Enternships with the hosting or maintenance of the Site or otherwise providing services to Enternships;
(b) with group companies of Enternships;
(c) with prosecuting, regulatory or other governmental agencies where we are required to do so by UK or other law or regulation;
(d) where we consider that disclosure of personal information is necessary (for example, to courts or the other parties to a dispute) in order to enforce the Terms of Use or generally to establish or protect Enternships' legal rights;
(e) in connection with a promotion, sweepstake, job match or competition, in circumstances explained at the point of collection; and
(f) with companies for which Enternships hosts microsites either on this Site or external websites for which Enternships provide application management and web services.
Enternships has appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place to prevent other disclosures of its members' personal information, other unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage. Members should be aware, however, that the Internet is by its nature not a secure medium and we cannot therefore give an absolute guarantee of security.
6. Does Enternships transfer personal information between countries?
Enternships is a global job board. Personal information collected through the Site may be transferred to any country or territory in the world, including countries or territories (such as the US) which do not have data protection laws as strong as those in (for example) the European Union. Personal information controlled by Enternships will, however, remain subject to English data protection law irrespective of the country or territory in which it may be hosted.
7. Does Enternships use cookies?
Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enable us to personalise your visits to this website, simplify the signing-in procedure, keep track of your preferences and to track the usage of this Site. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored in the hard drive of your computer by your browser. Your browser will have the option to prevent websites using cookies (your browser's help screen or manual will tell you how to do this), but please note that this may reduce the functionality of this Site and other websites. Further information about the cookies we use is stored here.
Like all websites, our servers automatically record 'log files' containing information about the volume and characteristics of our website traffic e.g. IP address, numbers of pages viewed, length of time spent on site. We use log files to build pictures of how our Site is used that help us to monitor and improve the service. We cannot identify you from your log files.
Enternships allows advertisers that are presenting advertisements on some pages of Enternships.com to download and access their cookies on visitors' computers. Advertisers' use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this privacy statement.
8. Access to and correction of personal information
Members can access and alter their personal profiles at any time through Account Settings. Members also have rights of access to, and correction of, personal information that Enternships holds about them, and in limited circumstances they also have rights to object to processing of personal information about them, under data protection law. A member wishing to exercise any of these rights should contact us.. Members should be aware that, if they cancel their Enternships membership, Enternships will retain some personal information about them for a reasonable period in case they wish to re-join Enternships and as a legal record of their relationship with Enternships.

We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time. Changes will be posted to Enternships.com.
