This role would suit someone with a strong academic background looking to join a disruptive player with a fun environment. You might have done 1-2 years in recruitment, though this is not essential and we are fundamentally different from a recruitment agency!
We offer a competitive package, including a base salary of £22.5-27k (depending on experience) plus monthly bonuses, 5% pension, 27 days holiday, a monthly budget for team events, drinks and snacks, and annual company trips.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Success Manager and Growth Manager to join our team. The client success team and growth team make up the wider customer facing team at movemeon.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and will work with them to make sure they are getting the most out of the movemeon platform.
Some of the activities you’ll be responsible for are:
Be a dedicated point of contact for our clients building strong client relationships
Advise our clients on how to market their roles and how to attract the best candidates
Support clients in screening profiles
The Growth team onboards those clients in the first place, introducing them to how we work and handing over to the success team; this team also identifies new opportunities, either with new clients or by finding new roles that would be suitable for our candidates at existing clients.
We are a start-up, so you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever you are needed! There’s also an opportunity to experience working in other parts of the company as time goes on.
