The role of a Project Executive at Havas People is vital in delivery of project requirements for clients and involves daily communication with different stakeholders across various countries. You will work closely with Project Manager and wider Learning Communications team.
You will take day-to-day responsibility for assessing project requirements, planning and prioritising them to ensure work is completed to a required standard, supporting Project Manager and wider team on project related tasks such as proof reading and testing.
You will build your perseverance to deliver project requirements and establish credibility with the client and internal departments. This requires a persistent, calm yet friendly personality.
You will typically already have work experience in an office environment.
Experience of training/learning communications and/or internal communications would be advantageous as well as an interest in the automotive industry.
Knowing more than one language is an advantage.
