We're seeking motivated paralegal fee earners to manage a portfolio of litigation cases from inception through to settlement. Our practice is about people and what we can achieve for them
Core responsibilities we’ll ask in this role will include;
Client engagement & external engagement
Be the friendly and professional face of the law firm; ensuring clients are onboarded correctly and compliantly
Providing timely case updates
Obtaining information, evidence and statements from clients as required
Dealing with inbound queries and responding to client requests
Drafting and negotiation of contracts and legal documentation
Legal research and case analysis.
Assisting with the implementation of the development of a potential new legal team
Management of standard legal forms
Liaising with external solicitors
Managing County Court applications
Providing legal advice to clients
Assist with trial and hearing preparation
In short, you may get involved at any aspect of the litigation and file management process and assist on related team activities
Case management
To manage a portfolio of cases and ensure each is progressed as required
To achieve agreed performance KPIs and targets
Ensure that all required operational and compliance processes are followed
IT & Processes
Provide administration of cases using the case management system
Compliance
Ensuring that the compliance procedures are followed and cases are progressed within the SRA framework
Be degree qualified with a minimum of a 2.1 or Cilex graduate
Be a people person, with great communication skills both written and verbal
Enjoy helping clients and providing an exceptional customer experience
Be target focused and strive to get great outcomes for clients
Have a great attention to detail and accuracy, pride in your work.

Crystal Clear Law provide litigation services to clients of the Claims Management company initially and wider groups of customers as the business develops and the service portfolio grows.
This is a start up business supported by experienced bac-office management who have successfully recovered £100 million for consumer clients.
