As our Operations Management Trainee, you will be overseeing the organisation and provision of Sejuiced’s drinks services to corporate clients. Joining a small company, you will gain an insight into the complete events cycle, supporting big name brands with their hospitality across the UK and Europe.
This is a hands-on role that involves making
and serving drinks, planning and packing for events and inventory management. Over
time you will develop greater responsibility for co-ordinating our operations, for client liaison during the event preparation and delivery stages, and also project budgeting.
This position is designed for candidates who either have graduated (ideally with a Hospitality, Events Management, Food or Business related degree) or are currently working within the industry and are looking to pursue a career within this field. Our aim is to develop our Operations Management Trainee into a strong operational manager through on-the-job training and support.
As you would expect, candidates must be self-motivated, work well under pressure, be highly organised and have strong great communication skills. Our bookings are often at short-notice, so you must enjoy a dynamic environment and be adaptable to change. A real passion for hospitality and food and drink is essential.

6. Confident communication skills and command of English, both written and spoken
7. A proficient IT user, including Email, Word and Excel packages

9. Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently
10. The ability to work in London and travel to Camberwell SE5
11. Willingness to travel across the UK (and occasionally
internationally) for events work, including staying
away from home for a few days at a time.
