You will be a key member of the Operations team - assisting with the day to day logistics that
keep the business running. Includes (but not limited to): managing logistics of reservations
once bookings are confirmed, onboarding new clients/properties, management of our team of
check-in staff and cleaners, getting properties guest-ready, property maintenance, running
around London to meet guests or contractors and generally assisting our amazing operations
manager. You will be working both collaboratively and independently. A positive attitude and a
great sense of humour are key traits to possess in this role. In addition to this, you will assist our
Head of Pricing, in Bulgaria, with day-to-day pricing tasks and devise your own systems and
processes for improving this process, paying particular attention to how we can optimise our
visibility and pricing to attract a higher volume of guests.

This is a paid internship / placement programme, we offer £500 a month remuneration.
