We are an early stage technology start-up with big ambitions. Our firm was founded in 2020 by a group of seasoned executives, entrepreneurs, technologists and consulting professionals. We are building an intelligent platform and a suite of SaaS solutions to drive continuous performance improvement across the value chain for mid-sized manufacturing businesses. And we are actively hiring. We have two key offerings at this stage A qualitative survey-based assessment of an organisation’s processes, capabilities, skills, performance and maturity in a number of functional areas (e.g. procurement, production, sales). Our subject matter experts will develop the assessment framework, questions and evaluation mechanisms. The assessment will then be deployed to our customers through apps or survey platforms. These quick, qualitative assessments will highlight areas of immediate performance improvement opportunities for our customers A learning centre / academy offering provides training to employees at our customers through a blended learning approach. Through a combination of instructor-led approach, self-learning platforms, micro-learning and gamification, we intend to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of the workforce to drive performance improvements on their own We are now looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and action-oriented mindset to Manage qualitative assessment content on the apps / platforms Manage the operations of both assessment and learning centre businesses Manage qualitative assessment content on the apps / platforms: This individual will work closely with the Co-founders to Customise the look and feel of the assessment platforms for our customers Upload assessment content (provided by our experts) Collate survey results and discuss with our subject matter experts Prepare results summary and reports for our clients Manage the operations of both assessment and learning centre businesses Coordinate with our customers to set up users for training and assessments Ensure relevant content is set for the right user Simulate assessments and learning programs to remove any defects / inconsistencies Issue and manage contracts and letters of engagement with customers Ensure billing and payments from our client Manage the day to day running of the offerings We are an early stage start up and this is a great opportunity for an allrounder, who has hands-on ability to get things done. This individual, needs active interaction with our customers and cofounders and therefore requires a customer-oriented service mindset. The role is great for someone who wants to gain entrepreneurial experience in a fast-paced environment. We are simply looking for hardworking people, with service-orientation and a great sense of responsibility that can deliver high quality output at solid pace.
