City Investment Training is looking for somebody with strong verbal and inter-personal communication skills with an immaculate eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have some experience (not essential) working in a sales role or as a personal assistant with very good Outlook and MS Office skills.
Being a start up, we are looking for somebody who is willing to wear multiple hats and go beyond the usual Sales/PA responsibilities. Marketing and selling services will form a key component of the role for which a handsome bonus will be paid. In addition, the candidate will also be expected to make some outbound calls.
The core hours for the role are from 9:00am to 6:00 PM with some flexibility expected from the candidate. The candidate will be responsible for managing personal expenses and bank accounts in addition to managing conferences, private events and the company’s business website for which all training will be provided. Minimum travel (no more than 20 days a year) may be expected from the candidate, mostly around UK and Europe.
The candidate will go through a one to two months preliminary probation.

Good MS Outlook
Good understanding of Word but also some exposure to Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to explain training/financial services to prospective clients
Organising business meetings and appointments
Researching and presenting information
