We are looking to recruit professional, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals with a real entrepreneurial drive.
The role will rotate around all operational teams, involving tasks such as:
- UI/UX analysis to perfect customer journey in applying for credit
- Troubleshoot customer issues across all comms channels including social media
- Assist credit decisioning via outbound calling as well as document analysis of supporting evidence
- Assisting complaint handling teams
- Gather and analyse data management information packs
- Data entry, research ideas and best practice and other ad hoc tasks
The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, be tech savvy and have excellent communication skills. Work experience in a fast paced, deliverables orientated environment is desirable.
