ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Agent, you will work directly with clients and be empowered to make the best decisions for each situation by addressing specific concerns through email, phone, chat, or social channels. You will create personalised solutions that drill down to the core issues to a range of client enquiries, and will have a direct impact on whether or not continues to do do business with Stitch Fix.
Customer Service Agents will be trained to handle all request types for both the US and the UK. In addition to general operational support requests, these will include requests related to client disappointment and requests to cancel accounts.
We work in our new East London office, where we operate collectively and collaboratively to ultimately be the place where problems are solved and solutions are found for our clients. We are looking for you to join our first CX team in the UK!
