Customer Services and Account Management
Touriocity is the first online marketplace for booking bespoke city tours around the world.
This is a crucial role in helping Touriocity develop its product to align with customer needs. This means dealing with customers for every step of the customer journey. You will be one of our resident travel experts helping to convert customers by offering them advice about their trip and which tour they should book - this will be done via both phone, email and our system. You will work with the team to make sure booked customers get the best supplier/guide for them. You will also get feedback from our customers about our website and if they booked, their trip. Based on your insights from speaking with customers, you will constantly be working with the team to make sure the product is improved.
You will also be responsible to account managing some of our hotel partners who have integrated our platform.
This role is very important and if you are a good fit, there will be the possibility of a full-time job at the end of the three months.
As Touriocity expands into new cities around the world, we would look to you to understand what customers like to do when they visit those cities and how we can present that information so that the customer is more likely to convert.
