Do you know the latest trends on TikTok? Know the best hashtags, times to post and which polls to use to engage our customers? You will be working with our social media manager and founder to create and edit assets and live content for a range of our social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
What is Circla? We are the milkman reimagined for beauty - we partner with an incredible selection of brands and deliver these products directly to our customers in reusable packaging. When they reorder we pick up the empty packaging and replace with their new order. Our mission is to move the beauty industry from a linear to a circular model through our innovative reuse and refill packaging system!
What will your job involve?
- create compelling content in both static and video format that will help bring our brand to life - ensure the social content schedule is inspirational, impactful and effective; creating video, imagery, copy and other formats as and when required, that engage and entertain new and existing customers - Capture (both photo and video) social media content in line with the marketing briefs of everything that will be engaging to our audiences - Edit this content, ready for posting on our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and any others that you think are well suited to our brand - Live streaming, vlogging and being an ambassador for our brand

You’ll be efficient and effective using editing software and be able to move between editing and content creation
Demonstrable experience of social content creation across a range of formats and platforms including video, carousel, stories/vertical video, static posts, tweets, lives and reels/tiktok across both brand storytelling and more tactical sales/product briefs where appropriate
Confidence, speed and style using video editing software, simple video graphics / animation, filters
Detailed, passionate and creatively ambitious; seeking to elevate social in-house content to play a key role in brand and community building
High quality self editor eg. professional standards of written, image and video led communications
A genuine love for social media, trends, hashtags, memes, innovations and social best practice
