As our Community Support Executive, you will be working closely with the Customer team to respond and speak to our community across social media and customer service software.
Responding to high volumes of support tickets and customer emails across our CRM system and email inbox as well as monitoring social media for any other issues that require a response
Providing solutions to customers in a timely and proficient manner, maintaining professionalism at all times
Become a hub of knowledge for the game and the go to person for all queries.
Assisting with prize winner fulfilment from initial contact to sending out the prizes to the winners
Dealing with all account related issues – from updating players accounts, assisting with billing and tech issues
marketing and brand experience
Marketing social media management
Strong written communication skills
The ability to be proactive
Passion for gaming is a must; experience in gaming is desirable
A deep understanding of social media platforms
An understanding of how CSM works
