Trouva is revolutionising the world of e-commerce for the best bricks and mortar boutiques across the world. Finding the best independent shops who will complement our community of sellers is a core part of what we do and we have an opportunity for an intern to join our Business Development team to help us embed the processes needed to scale our business.
We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a thorough approach and attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems and using data to drive decisions is ideal. A eye for design and a passion for independent retail is desirable. The internship is paid and runs for 2-3 months.
Building our database of the best independent boutiques in the UK
Scouring Google, blogs, social media and other online and offline sources
Rooting out all the information needed to prioritise, categorise and approach target boutiques, from contact information to the brands that they stock to their ecomm platform (if they have one)
Cleaning up our existing database of leads and the structure of the CRM itself
Getting out onto the streets to track down those last few shops with no web presence - they could end up being some of the very best!
Identifying lead opportunities within our existing database
Supporting the team in identifying new pockets of opportunity around the country
The ideal candidate:
Strong data skills
Experience in CRM
Knowledge of interior and fashion trends
Personable, fun to work with
