We’re looking for an awesome and enthusiastic marketing/office assistant & finance junior to join our team in the heart of London’s startup scene. This is a varied role, split between marketing and office management and helping our accounting delivery teams with various tax, bookkeeping and admin work. As a priority, you’ll be working directly with the Head of Operations & Development to execute a marketing strategy involving: comms, social media, events, blogs, newsletters and branding. You will also be taking the lead on the day to day office duties and help improve and maintain the great culture we have. The 2nd half of your role will be assisting our delivery teams, working closely with them in all accounting areas.
This is the perfect opportunity for a self-starting accounting & finance graduate or undergrad with a hunger to push themselves and bring a proactive attitude to a great team. For this, we need a proactive, bright individual who has a lot of initiative in order to hit the ground running. The rewards will be a huge amount of experience in all levels of business with the potential of joining full time, subject to availability. Working directly with a manager to deliver marketing and operational tasks as well as working helping with daily accounting tasks will offer highly valuable skills in a real world environment, as well as joining fortnightly training sessions and becoming certified in Xero.
