BRKV is looking for an addition to our young fast growing company. Applicants should have commercial skills, the confidence to use their initiative and quick to learn.
This job includes searching for investment opportunities in property auctions and platforms, as well as surveying and modelling residential properties and creating a design proposal.
Knowledge of engineering, building control regulations, planning, and some experience in the building, architectural or design process would be beneficial.
Attention to detail and accuracy is required. This job has great room for growth and is a great opportunity for Architectural graduates to learn the practical side of property investments.
This internship is available for those interested in property investments and working on live projects. Internships would be a minimum of 3 consecutive months. Career opportunities are available thereafter.
