For this reason, we are unable to approve or promote any unpaid roles. The only exception is for charitable organisations that want to advertise voluntary roles. If you are a charitable organisation that would like to post an unpaid role with us, please submit your role and then get in touch using our online contact form. Please include the name of your submitted role and company, as well as a registered charity number.
When a candidate submits an application for your vacancy, an email is sent to the company account owner and managers, notifying them to login and review the submitted application.
Adding and removing managers must be done by our customer support team. If you would like to add a new manager to your account, please get in touch with us. State the company name, company owner and the full name and email address of the contact you would like to add or remove.

If you have questions about a specific role, we suggest that you contact the company advertising that role directly, as the Enternships team are only provided with the same information displayed in a listing and have no ability to follow up or answer specific questions.
If you haven’t already, please sign up as a candidate here. Once you’ve created an account, please click the ‘Apply’ button at the side of each listing that you wish to be considered for. This will take you to an application form, where you can upload your CV and Covering letter, and answer any filter questions set by the employer.
Your login details are case sensitive, which means that if you capitalise your email differently from your signup, the platform will not recognise the address. For example, if you sign up with John@enternships.com, but attempt to login with email@example.com, our platform will not recognise your email address.
